I have to do a 5km swim in the morning to make up for the junkfood today.

I'd need to do at least a couple of 'Ironmans' to make up for last weeks effort, and it's not even Christmas yet!

Christmas day will probably cost me an 'Ultraman', but it will be worth it!!

Went out with the local bunch ride for drinks last night. Managed to return home late but sober.  Off to local park run in a couple of hours with my neighbour, Beth. It's wet, cold and muddy but I reckon I can push her to a 24.xx .

Time to see if she's done any training :whistling:

Now I've said that, she'll probably beat me..

10km swim.

What's that work out to FP? I'm kind-of hoping it cancels out the beers & half a dozen scotches last night, and means I can eat anything I want today, because we all know any calories consumed tomorrow don't count.

10km swim for me works out to almost certain deathB) For you however, I am awarding compensation in the amount of: a  glazed ham sarnie big enough to choke an elephant,  2 mince pies with brandy cream, a couple of chocolates from the tree and a recovery shake made from eggnog.

83km ride outside in the cool air...?

Bloody not very summery today 😕😕

I was a kitten into the wind, Lion with it. That's the only thing about Zwift etc. There's no headwinds messing with your rhythm and head space. I feel stronger from the indoor work on the bike but I HAVE TO get my head around working into the wind. An ability I gained in Mackay but since lost.

2.5hr ride with 2 x Arthur's Seat. First one from the beach @ 407w, second one from the gate a bit easier at 382w. Then roll down back side and 30min @ IM pace (300w). First one was 12min and missed 6w/kg by 7 bloody watts...

Now heading to the pool for 4km with the good ol' 40x50m main set.

2,200m in a hotel pool - very frustrating as it was so short I was getting dizzy.  Can't wait to get home - I miss my bike and so does my waistline 🐖🐘

That's impressive in a hotel pool!

You get dizzy  from the pools length or the fact there's a swim up bar...? LOL :wine:
