All I can say is that I am glad that Tim has done what he has....to bring it to the forefront and have people realize a little more of what may have been done, all I can do is wait my turn to give evi

I probably have a bit of a unique insight into this. I was at the school when the attacks happened: in year 11 to be exact. I knew/know many exCcathedral College choir kids. I attended the masses and

To be fair, Pell was a senior cleric in parishes all over the state/country that have had thousands of cases of proven child sexual abuse. In all these cases, it has since emerged that there were alwa

He would have served his 4 of 6 years and will be back to Italy.

I think Symo might mean info, given they may not have made everything public yet because of the possibility of appeal.

Ok, wow.

Of course, this also had to take into account that every single time he conducted mass, exactly the same procedures etc happened the same way.  And while they say he was never left alone while in his robes, who is to say that once in a while he didn't ask them to leave him alone?  And if he did ask, would they have done exactly as the most powerful member of the clergy in Australia asked?  It's ok to say "this is how it usually was done", as it is also ok to say that every now and then things happened a little differently.  10mins goes real fast and I have no doubt he could do anything he wanted to.

Correct Ex-H

Also my better half went to a fascinating talk with the journalist that wrote the book on him.  She spent 5 hours straight in the dock being cross examined - she was also fighting a libel case from Pells team that she couldn't mention due to the suppression orders.  interestingly she said you dont get any support from any sort of defence  legals and it was just a pile on from Ronald R.  People have no idea of the power that can be used/applied.   She was also astounded at the determination of the accuser to stand up against all that and get nothing out of it but hopefully a bit of justice.

We may find out today if the high Court will even entertain his appeal!  I've been wrong on every pick so far (happily so), so I hope I'm wrong again today!

The High Court ruling will be handed down tomorrow morning from an all but empty chamber.

Maybe we should just send him back to Italy now. He can try some faith healing.

Was hearing about more allegations in the bag, and tomorrow's Herald Sun confirms it. He's being investigated again.

So does that mean we'll have to wait even longer to see the information that was redacted from the Royal Commission about George Pell?

You'd hope we get to see the redactions revealed at some point.

You would imagine now that his defence will argue it will be impossible for him to get a fair trial now.

You'd think so.

My info came from my best mate's dad, who is like a second father to me, particularly since my dad died. Was having lunch with him last year, and he was telling me that when the Pell verdict was initially announced, he was at lunch with one of his oldest friends, who was extremely happy with the result. Turned out that the guy was heavily involved at the Torquay Surf Club.

Why bother?  Everyone knows that the Cabal won't let this happen...

Reddington and Dembe should just pop some caps in his balls...

Had anyone else watched "Revelation" on the ABC?  The third episode is solely about Pell.  But even in the first two, hearing the way some of the priests talk, it makes you shiver.
