Fitness Buddy 1,214
No probs Arpit. Once I got into this I have started to be more in depth and well say more scientific about the recipes. For instance Breakfast recipes (which have finished) are based on three areas: Pre training - fuelling a session with essential minerals and vitamins and energy Post Training - replenishing energy levels and repair Weight Control - when in downtime due to injury or off season etc. Have some interesting ideas re this.

Katz 1,654
I'd like to make a suggestion. I'd like to see the 10 recipes complement each other with respect to the shopping lists. Often recipes require the purchase of an ingredient, or indeed many ingredients, which you use only for that particular recipe and you don't use all of what you're bought. Think spring onions. If the 10 days worth of recipes can use up the relevant ingredients, I would be thrilled. Also, I would like to volunteer to test cook for you. Often we give cooking instructions and something is missing or it's not as straightforward as the cook thinks for someone who doesn't know the recipe. I'm happy to test them out for you. And I'll buy one too.

Fitness Buddy 1,214
Book nearly complete just doing all the pretty stuff then off the proof reader to check things. Just one question do you want desserts? or prefer snacks. Desserts really should be just fruit, yogurt etc. I do have some recipes Any feedback much appreciated.
Toolish 429
Personally I would prefer snacks. Don't tend to do dessert much.
tortoise 859
Snacks please.
Turts 2,982
yep, snacks over desserts. But then..... they might overlap? desserts can be snacks? (although perhaps not the other way around too often)
tortoise 859
Problem with deserts as snacks is that it's a downwards spiral. I'd rather serve snacks for desert.
Fitness Buddy 1,214
Snacks it is? Some savoury and some sweet. Assume you meant dessert not desert (quite warm and dry there)
Turts 2,982
Problem with deserts as snacks is that it's a downwards spiral. I'd rather serve snacks for desert. I hit the bottom of that spiral loooooong ago.....
