I fell off the no-chocolate-at-work wagon yesterday..... 6 mini crunchies!!!! :lol: Still no soft drink which is good (homemade lemonade with soda water doesn't count I don't think)

 

Back on today!!

This week I've decided to try to get more sleep and see if that helps :lol:

 

I got 7.5 hours last night and 9 hours the night before.

 

If I get to the point at night where I'm feeling peckish, sometimes I'll just go to bed to avoid eating! :lol:

Why not? Isn't there a shitload of sugar in homemade lemonade?

 

Try adding some lemon juice to soda water instead.

Not really, I use 1 cup of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and that makes about 2L

82.1 Kgs. But that could also be caused by some new scales. Had the last 10 days off and went for a 3,500 km motorcycle ride around Broken Hill, White Cliffs, Wanaaring, Bourke areas, so took lots of chocolate and ate it all. Serious training for Melbne Marathon, Port Mac HIM and Busso IM starts on Friday. Hopefully, it will just fall off me from then on. Thanks Plaz.
