    TriMel Uberman

Can't believe almost a week later there's been no love on here for Trannie Tri-Mel who became the first woman to complete Uberman. Stupid long distances 33k swim, 600K+ bike and 200k+ run. Mel's such a lovely and cool chick who's into these crazy distance races. Took nearly 139 hours but crossed the line as first woman and only fifth person to complete. Nice radio interview here - https://www.abc.net.au/radio/melbourne/programs/mornings/melbourne-nurse-becomes-first-woman-to-complete-895km-uberman/11622686?fbclid=IwAR26u2MmYZUPYtf3cuuF0gDpUpVbX9a47Z3ASDACZjMUDeYMfFKUuFoSeJI Well done
  2. A staple of the Sydney winter scene RAW TRACK starts this Friday night at The Dunc Gray Velodrome. Ill be trying to dust off the Track bike and have a dig, I believe Trev will also be there and maybe even Jabbs. Anyone else thinking of coming along?
  3. If you haven't entered your details make sure you are logged in and d so HERE Race day tracking or those on the list will be HERE Tranny twitter hashatag as always is #transitions_tri Good luck to everyone racing and spectating, see you all here tomorrow.
  4. A copy of Led Zeppelin's Celebration Day landed in my lap this morning - it is superb. If you're not a LZ fan it might be a bit meh but for anyone who grew up through the Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Sabbath era it's a flashback to when things were all grand in Rock and Roll. Plant's voice has held up remarkably well, Jimmy Page has still got it, JPJ looks like a smooth banker plucking on the bass and Jason Bonham filling in for his dad is just absolutely sensational - the guy can really play.
  5. Up for sale is my very lightly used set of powertap training wheels. Wheels are: Rear: Cycleops SL+ 32h rear powertap hub laced with comp spokes to a dt rr4** rim, black spokes and rim front: cycleops front hub (has cool carbon cutouts and matches the rear.....mmmmmm symmetry) 32h laced to a mavic open pro rim 32h, black spokes and rim. Wheels have done at most 1000km. Selling them as i don't really like using power (call me not a triathlete), and i owe money to the man. Wheels will come with pair of very good condition Schwalbe ultremo DD tyres and a Dura-Ace 12-23 Cassette, (or a cam
