Is anyone that is going to London in Sep planning on doing the Aquathon and Sprint Double, given that they are only two days apart? I feel they are too close to attempt, but I do find it tempting to use the aquathon as a warmup for the swim and cruise the run. I am just concerned that I wouldn't cruise the run once I got into the race and would not be able to back up two days later.
