I'm starting to plan this years race at Lakeside so here is an early date claimer. It's the week after Cairns and so far does not clash with any other events. Will be much the same as last year, except we are trying a Saturday afternoon race and to win the cash, you have to race two times and the combined times will determine the overall winners. The Redcliffe Tri Club is holding another duathlon at Lakeside and everyone is invited. Last year was a great race and we received lots of good feedback. Changes for this year are we are having the first run a little longer so hopefully the first bike will not be as crowded and for the longer race each bike will be four laps, not three like last year. Plus, to make the racing a bit more interesting, there will be $20 primes for the male and female who is leading at the end of each leg. To make it even more exciting these primes will compound for consecutive legs which are won, so for one

Hi all, The Redcliffe Tri Club is putting on a Duathlon at Lakeside Raceway on the 12th Aug. Unfortunately that is the same day as the Gatton Grunt, but it was the only Sunday for the rest of the year that Lakeside was available.
