  1. All I can say is that I am glad that Tim has done what he has....to bring it to the forefront and have people realize a little more of what may have been done, all I can do is wait my turn to give evidence to the royal commission, in WA alone there is a 12 month wait. I can't wait to have my day in court, to tell my story and try and change things for my son, and other peoples children so they never have to go through what I have gone through.
  2. Just filled in my release papers from the clinic....I'm going home peoples Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk
  3. Now down to 10 min k. Good for someone who last week was walking like I had Parkinson's. Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk
  4. I'm in the process of starting black dog in some way or another FYI https://web.facebook.com/Black-Dog-Racing-512502642243751/
  5. My wife has epilepsy and for a while had no licence (needs two years seizure free prior to driving) so I bought her one of these to get around. I can post images but this link has a pic of a similar one we got. http://puriebike.com.au/y/ she now has her licence and I use it more than her, going to the shops etc its quite cool as silent does about 35kph and I would get 20 - 30k on a charge. they say they get more than that I just wouldn't want to pedal it home.
  6. Katz you are amazing......fight for the life you want and it will come.
  7. Thanks for the support guys. Went out walking today around kings Park for 1.5 hours, and it reminded me of the Ironman. "It never gets easier you just go faster" @ 12 minute K's I hope so, but that leaves 10 hours to do the bike and swim All good. I'll get there.
  8. Thanks guys the days are getting better. I can walk almost normally now am allot more steady on my feet and am less groggy. I'd say I'm pretty bruised but not broken . Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk
  9. Thanks guys. I have six weeks in a great clinic then the program starts..... It's not a normal A type program but rather _ put son in bike trailer. Ride till he or I gets bored ,_ put son in jogging pram run till it's no longer fun. _ put son in inflatable boat swim in river till it's no longer fun. Repeat till race day and if still fun. Try to cross line in under 18 hours with a smile. Knowing that the shit didn't get me. "I got PTSD but it didn't get me"
