    Starting Uni

Hey Trannies My name is Oggi and I am still relative New to the forum, but I already see how you all help and inspire each other, and was wondering if you could give us a mental boost or some words of wisdom. I am about to start Uni next week studying at my dream Uni and Degree of Sport Science but I am very anxious and doubting myself. I am going about it part-time as I have health issues to deal with at the same time but I want to keep that seperate from uni as I don't want that to intertwine with uni or be judged. 10. Hey Trainnies I am still relatively new to this forum, but as I have previously posted on the Mental Health Thread, as someone who has suffered with Mental Health, specifically Severe Anorexia and Depression I have some concerns, and thought the positive people of this forum could give us a helping hand. I am a big Quote person, and I just wondered what quotes you might use to help you persevere though training, competitions and Life? One I like is 'If they can make penicillin out of mouldy bread, they can sure make something out of you' Muhammad Ali 'Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever' Lance Armstrong 'Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving' Albert Einstein Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I myself have loved Triathlons for years but due to my own health problems have never competed and been out of training for a long time. I now want 2017 to be my slow recovery back to it all, especially the bike and I feel so much more confident that I am now a member of trannies as you are all so inspiring and supportive Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. I have suffered mental health issues all my life, I am a 25 year old Male, diagnosed with Major Depression and Anorexia at age 10. It was actually the sport of Triathlon to be my saving grace. Triathlon was the only thing in life that I connected with, and it was the only thing that made me want to look after myself. In actual fact in my darkest of days, it is the hope of getting back on the bike, that has prevented me from chucking in the towel for good. Now I am a high achiever and a perfectionist, and I do love being in control, probably why Triathlon's appeal to me, but does this make it
