  1. Yeah thats the one I rode and want to get access too. I'm on level 9. I only use zwift for racing around twice a week between 30-60 mins for the past 2 months
  2. How do you unlock the hillier courses on zwift? I rode up one big long climb once as part of a race
  3. Personally I wouldn't. 105 just as good and only slightly heavier. Wheels yeah I would upgrade
  4. Didn't gain or lose any weight during lockdown. Went into lockdown in great shape and think i've come out of it even better, minus the swim of course.
  5. Would it be a wise idea to sign up for Ironman cairns at this stage? Or should I hold off.
  6. The fenix 5 doesn't have garmin pay, music or incident alert which are all important to me. I don't see it as a massive upgrade from my current 735. I listen to music on all my runs so not carrying a phone and bank card is a huge bonus.

  8. He had another fair crack at winning the year Jan won it. Came from behind and had a strong finish.
  9. Those two lads do some epic training days. Seen one where they rode solid for 8-10 hours, maybe more, all around Norway. Seem like down to earth fellas and not afraid to share sessions on strava. They also appear to have a coach who works on their core, think he is a an olympic gymnast because they do some innovative stuff. I tipped one of the two of them to win the 70.3 worlds this year.   10. Can somebody tell me what I need to get zwift and zwift run up and going. I have a tv, laptop, ipad, tt bike, lemond with power pilot, garmin 735, an SRM, a treadmill. For zwift run I think I ony need the zwift foot pod. For bike I am lost.

  16. Was just saying the same to my mate today on the bike. He’s a freak, one of the greatest of all time and will cement it with a Kona win. I wouldn’t write him off for a 3rd Olympic gold either. 😮 Doesn’t back down from a challenge and always gives it his all. How many other pros can say the same?

  18. HB is one of the worst places I’ve visited in Australia. Hasn’t left the 70’s. Food was shocking too.
  19. My man doing 16kms a week beats your man doing 8km a week with all the technique you want. I'd put my house on it.
  20. Don’t agree. Yeah you can make adjustments to technique and you might gain the odd second here or there. But you get the volume up around the 15km mark and you’ll take huge chunks of time off, talking 10’s and 20’s per hundred. Just my experience. I never got noticeably quicker with more technique work. I also noticed my technique naturally improved significantly with the additional fitness, my form in the water was much better than I could ever achieve prior. For the record I brought my swim times down from 3:00/100 to 1:12/100 over the sprint distance.
  21. Lots on here won’t agree but forget technique for now. Double your swim volume for the next 6 weeks in a swim focus block and see where your times are then.
