  2. In/Out Sydney & Melbourne every 3 weeks. Summary for the last 4-5 years: Sydney(lower north shore/East suburbs):Swim: Painful to get a clean lane, expensive pools. Bike: Centennial Park on weekdays(safe but boring) , waterfall(south) or westhead (north). Both great rides but never head out alone, too bloody dangerous nowadays. 11. This thread has gone a bit scary! Some here should go for a swim, then a ride and an easy run to cool down...
  12. Sellout races in less than 5min. Sign up 360days in advance. $700~1000 to enter a race. Cancellation money back ($250 here there?). Piss poor finishers' t-shirt's bags, thongs, towels, footy balls, sea shells, crocs, hats, footballs, etc. Draftfests. For once some guy steps up to the plate and questions the 'status quo'. How many posts here whinge about the above??? And Kona? now this guy's offering a chance to access training material etc, all for $100. Don't say I never told you
