  1. This thread has gone to the dogs 😉 Time to scale it back. Meet Erik. Here’s my new friend since isolation. He figured out how to get up onto my balcony from an adjacent bush. Now he gets a regular feed of mince meat and I’ve coerced him onto my lap over the past four weeks.

  2. Except the one I went to apparently. No name and number required. But considering the girl on the counter needed a calculator to work out how much 2 coffees cost and then struggled to give me the right change from $50, writing down names and numbers may have been a bit beyond her abilities.

  8. Lovely in the bay yesterday, I snuck out for an afternoon swim. 1,500m but could definitely have stayed in longer if I wasn't supposed to be working.

  9. Really positive numbers today. Always need to be careful around the weekends but if they're accurate then it looks like I might have been wrong. Everything crossed.

  10. Don’t be like that FP. I like your posts as they are informative. You an Ex always have very thoughtful intelligent posts.

  11. Mate all we are trying to do, is discuss this. I jump on the news and if 3 sites say "London trains packed despite virus" that's what I will relay and post. They hide from you the fact the number of trains have been reduced. Obviously we all know that we have to take with a pinch of salt what is printed in the media, but it's hard to differentiate with what is fact and what is embellished. All we have to go on is the media and various reports from different organisations, scientists and "scientists". If we don't post stuff we hear, we cannot discuss the virus. e.g I've been monitoring th

  12. I didn't even know people used TR still! How do you mean sort out it's training options? With my coaches last year I cutomised all my indoor sessions for Zwift, plus there are sites where you can pick and choose from a whole bunch of training sessions, download them and they'll be linked to your Zwift workouts.

  14. Looks just like the costal classic. Only 5 times longer on boggy tracks and in shit weather. Once you get those ski sticks working you should have no problems

  15. Yes. In Qld they are. Spoke to some cafes today as we have several in the shopping centres. They said most customers have no issue but a few grumble bums put up a fight and have been very rude. I am not sure why the app doesn’t suffice but I don’t know what the fuss is about giving your name and address. I mean I bet most of those people have a Woolworths or Coles loyalty card. I guess if your a drug dealer you may not want to give your name and address

  16. Mate I just commented on what Monkie said and thought given he is on the ground there and in the trenches, it was fact.

  21. Why wouldn't they run races as "Domestic Only". It would suit them right down to the ground to have a World Championship that only Americans can attend.

  25. After nearly 18 months without a dog, we now have a new German Pinscher puppy “Kira”. With all the crap that’s been going on in the world she has been a positive distraction and fantastic for us and although a lot of training to go she is fitting in really well.

  26. We lost our 6 year old staffy-ridgeback to cancer at the start of April. She was listless one weekend, which was unusual for her. Took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she may have a couple of weeks. She went downhill very fast and stopped eating the next day, it was very hard but couldn't stand to see her suffer
