Paul Every 1,127 Report post Posted June 28 12 days in and race record holder Aalto of Finland through 1300km, with a 50km lead. The record will stay for another year (at least) but it's still a close race at this point.
Paul Every 1,127 Report post Posted July 1 Two weeks in and Aalto's lead back to 20km on a day when the top 4 runners passed the 1500km mark. It's getting tight with less than 3500km to go!
Flanman 2,283 Report post Posted July 2 I just look at the Vlog Blog that's styled " Race director Rupantar LaRusso captures some of the atmosphere of this unique race. " . It showed half a dozen people standing on the start line (they look like they were praying) then start. Two walked off and sat down. Riveting stuff.
