Foz, 2002?

Looks like my books were tossed out late last year and only kept my finisher certificates.

Sacha’s overal time is available online but for the spilts you probably need to reach out to Luis Lopez. He has a database of every finish in Ironman Australia history.

luis in on strata and Facebook.

Yeah she has her finisher's certificates but thanks Foz for checking. I'll check out this Luis Lopez.

Beat me by 10 minutes.

Don't forget that run split includes transition. 😊

Only time I ever ran under 4hrs ( watch said 3:57). Very disappointed when the official results showed a 4:01. 😠

Nowadays I struggle to get through the second half of the marathon in that time. 😄😄😄

That was 2000 Dave, 2002 was a 12.27 as my first born was only 11 days old on race day so I was light on training and sleep.

The link I had to Luis' archives that had all results from 1985 to current no longer works. Nealo ' s link only has results up to 2010.

Anybody know what happened?

Did IM shut him down?

IM2002, my greatest bike split of all time:-  8:07:01. When I say bike split, i mean bike split - 4 flat tyres and a busted front wheel that i rode with basically one leg for 100 kms after blowing my knee. I got passed at the on 90 km mark by Walton and Macca who where just finishing their 180 kms.

Mate, you probably got off the bike close to Mrs Shuffla in her debut IM. She was 1 IV bag down by the time you finished 😂

She is still upset at me that I suggested she push for the age group course record when she was about 30km into the run. Ended with a 10.01 and missed the record by 2 minutes.

Was lucky to finish at all. Creaking bike all week and we couldn’t figure it out. Safely finished the race and when we collected the bike at the end of the race the seat post snapped off as soon as I picked up the bike.
