Don't tell me you're a keto-sceptic... 🤣

Gawd no, I'm just curious to know what's in them and where you can get them. Every time I've tried a keto pancake or bread or muffin it's tasted like it's been crapped out of something

I think they are these... Lots and lots of cream and an artificial sweetner of some kind. But I would definitely take one right now :D

I just googled keto-donuts - never made any or tried any. 😃

I've enjoyed a couple of different muffins so far. I'm not one to spend hours in the kitchen to try endless recipes.

My tastebuds are luckily not very 'sophisticated'  😉

Had a few beers NRL Grand Final Day.....weighed myself next day,.

Monday 1 October, quit carbs, been eating like a pig.  Meat, salads.

Drinking vodka instead of beer -  that's probably the hardest part.

Trying to do at least 10 000 steps each day.

Have lost 7kgs in 14 days.

Probably a lot of fluid retention in all the crap I was eating. Since then I've been restricting myself to a cup of tea and a handfull of nuts early, a good low carb brunch around 10 - 10:30, then only low carb stuff for a couple small snacks, then a good meat based dinner. The only restriction I have at dinner is no potato (or very little), no pasta, and very little rice.

I'm getting better at minimising the snacking, and this is what I want to keep at long term, as the late breakfast suits how I live these days.

I know you are just toying with us all. Towards the end you will nail down your methods and drop 2.5kg a week. Like Lance dropping his rivals on a final climb 😂

To risky. In about 2 weeks I'll start dropping 3kg a week for 4 weeks. Everyone will get disheartened and make that trip to the cheesecake shop, then I'll go back to posting my real weight. A 4kg loss over the 12 weeks should suffice then.

I'm already disheartened.  At least the empty family block of chocolate on my bedside table thinks I am.....

I've had about 50g of dark chocolate spread out over the last 3 days. I'm barely missing it.

I have half a block of chocolate still lying around from before and it's not tempting me.

I am not handing this over easily!

In Queenstown without access to scales.

Should be a good week competition wise as the activities planned are likely to scare the 5hit out of me...........

These will be awesome for weight loss because once you taste them you won't want another.

Took one for the team and went through the entire process. I've had one and even the family are reluctant to try the other sitting on the counter. I just can't bring myself to eat another. They're just a bit too coconutty...

It would be interesting to work out the fat/carb balance with regular flour (or a blend with plain and almond etc).

But I luuuuuuv coconut!

I also love cream, mascarpone, cheese... so I'm lucky I can make this work for me.

I might try some just cooked in olive oil rather than coconut oil.

Surely a keto doughnut is just a beef patty with a hole punched in the middle? 😎

Somehow even with a few cheat meals (dinner Friday, lunch Sunday) I still lost 1.2kg....

My birthday is next Wednesday and the celebration starts on Sunday after the Hills race. Not looking forward to the weigh ins over the next 2 weeks.

You have almost bumped me out of the top 10. I better have a good week or I am ruined :(

I'm not even in the top 10.

Still, I've lost weight, so that's a plus.

Going well so far, after a crap morning I'm smashing a bag of party mix.  I guess I can be thankful it's not family sized!

I'm still on the same 100g 70% cocoa block I started last week. Strangely, I'm not missing the chocolate.

Maybe I should see a doctor.

Wife made these today for the young fella as he is a coeliac, I can confirm they are better than any other gluten free donut I’ve had! I only had one bite.  Trying to be sensible

After a pretty average few weeks of weight loss my body has finally come to the party with a 1.3kg drop. I'm coming back!

I also fixed the spreadsheet, not sure what happened there.

I was looking forward to a great drop this week. I've been very well behaved on the intake, and done some form of exercise every day. I was down to about 87.5 late in the week, but a Bbq/party yesterday saw me consume more carbs & crap than I have the past 2 weeks total. 88.2 this morning, and feeling bloated.

So up on what I was mid week, but down on last week. I hope that means this week will have a good drop. :)

Actually I think it is improved as it is now sorted by loss, just had a lot of previously hidden cells spattered throughout the results because of this so I deleted them.

80.6 - would have been a great week except for Saturday night's endulgence of a big chinese meal and 250g of sensational hazelnut chocolate...
