975kj ride on Zwift

Innsbruck again. Got bored as **** so I went counter clockwise for a while. Praying for Watopia for Sunday

After being up all night with a gastro thing, my 90min zwift changed to an easy 50min flat sesh around innsbruck.  Boredom relieved by a concurrent episode of the walking dead.

Innsbruck isn't exactly inspirational if you're not looking to PB that dang hill :(

Agreed! Can’t wait until they let you choose the course you want to ride. Richmond bores me to tears!

Through a hack changing code, but not properly in game selection, or has something changed that I’ve missed?

The flat courses are good for riding with faster bunches. The B rated 100 K rides and 160 ride on  the weekends are now my long bike, hang for as long as possiblle at 230 watts

That'd be probably 5min for me then I'd go back to my pace 😂😂

There is a nice ride on Saturday 100 k rated D 1.5 to 2 wkg. Found this quite good, they offer a sprint each lap for those wanting a bit more, group up at end. By sprint 6 I was wishing I just spun the legs

Thought you were coach free again?  Does this mean you gave yourself the day off

Where do I find these?

Won't be doing one until after Busso though. I have a program that I am trying to follow. Doing OK. I reckon "next time" I go through the process of preparing for an Ironman I will be more in tune with the feelings that I have and how they relate to paces and effort levels.

If I won lotto I would be signing up for IMOZ. Going into that with this fitness would be great.

Extra 51 seconds to get to a 'round' number? ;)

I'm addicted to round numbers. It's sad

Ran 30k today.  3k warm up (short) half marathon and 6k warm down.

I know it was short I won't claim the time.  But was happy to avg 3.55 pace on a slow course for a distance between 20 and 21km...

Then off to the pool for a 2k recovery swim.

We're in the middle of a restructure & have had to go through 400 job applications from 140 people trying to get one of the 23 jobs up for grabs, so I've been a bit busy with work today. My daughter came over for dinner tonight, and as I walked her out to her car I realised it was the first time I've left the house all day. Garmin says 1,320 steps so far today. I think yesterday was about 3,000, and the same Saturday.

I think I'll grab a scotch & go for a walk.
