What training did you do today...

35 min swim of being tossed around in quite angry sea. Did a couple of ‘in and outs’ for practice. I quite like swimming in rough surf but I find it hard to sight.

3:40 Zwift at Easy effort 175np 167avg power

20min trot off the Zwift. 6:30 pace. Felt like nothing 👌 which is perfect. 

 

Watching ABC Me with Mooj now 😎👌😊😊😊

90 min easy run with some stupid strong wind!!! Almost running in the spot into the big gusts. 5 pushups at each km marker.

Monday - easy run + gym heavy load

Tuesday - AM easy run and ARVO bike

Wednesday AM Run 4x2.5km with 30secs rest plus 45min spin on trainer easy.  ARVO Gym single leg focus

Thursday - AM Easy run  ARVO 90min trainer

Friday - Arvo Gym and treadmill set 6x1km (3:40/3:35/3:30/3:25/3:19/3:25) all leaving on 4mins.

Saturday 5:30am 1hr:46 run.  Some spent with a loony following me down wrong side of road.  ARVO 1HR:40 Trainer

Sunday 2hr trainer plus 32min run off bike

Saturday 90min MTB ride - does not feel like training despite HR thru roof a lot.

Today 45mins big gear session on Windtrainer into 2kms run in a freezing hurricane.

Cracked my first 40k week on my legs with no races involved.  All walking I guess, but it's something I haven't done before.

90 min surf, 25min sea swim ( choppy)

did some surfing lessons with Flipper but I fell awkwardly and have pulled something in my inner left thigh. Bugger :(

Had a run planned but just resting now. Gotta play it smart.
