I 'ran' 5 junk ks.

5k's is 5k's.  Better then 1 2 3 or 4.  Good job.  5.1 next time ☺

I'm annoyed with this weather. Four weeks of sunshine & 30 plus degree days, and now that we have a full moon, it's rain & full cloud cover. I was planning a 15km swim Monday morning before work, which means a 3 o'clock start, which is no issue a few days after the full moon, if there's no cloud.

Here's hoping for the BOM site to be totally wrong.

54km ride and a 6km run off

Overcast conditions. I was going to OWS at Mullaloo but it's great Shark conditions. Might pool/shark free enclosure swim later

I did a FOUR MINUTE ride yesterday.

That's right, FOUR MINUTES. We had a time trial in the foyer of our building (Zwift) with the Tour De Cure gang. There were 40 participants. The best distance was smack bang on 3 kms (two small inclines thrown in). I did 2.8kms. First time I have ever done a time trial.

We raised just on $700  in two hours. Great effort from all.

Last night - 1.5km TT swim just under 33 mins considering last one was just over 34, I am happy and turning is slow in the pool, stupid inner ear, can't tumble turn.

Nothing today. Gotta drive to Canberra for a race tomorrow.

1.9km OWS inside the Net at Sorrento Beach.

Flatter than the pool today!!

If Beginner Girl is reading this, I hope you got out in these types of conditions, so much more enjoyable for those like us who are non confident OWSers.

Cheers all

Back to regular programming next week so I have enjoyed my time in the top 10 of the Strava Board.

lol  I hop on Zwift and find a trannie... It's a small world after all :)
FFF you put me to shame with your dedication.  I drag myself onto the bike at 8am and you are at 5am pounding away.  Good stuff.

I'm doing a bit...  not often enough to call anything training.  Not running or swimming much.  Still got a few issues post 2016 crash.

Glad to see a lot of you are active.  Stick at it all!  I'll check back in from time to time. :)

Rebuilding the bottom end after too much ego based running.

4km out the dam. I was planning on getting up real early & doing 10km before work, but spent an hour late last night out in the rain looking for my mobile phone so didn't feel like getting up early. It's the 2nd time it's dropped out of my pocket in the yard without me noticing now. This is the only time I complain about having a big block of land.

And not only that, I'm sitting here at work shivering. The rain and cool change had a bigger effect on the dam than I thought it would.

I was meant to do a 1500m swim. It didn't go to plan with garmin ending up recording 1750m, even though I definitely swam back to the start end of the pool. Stupid thing. Anyways, nice to know I could swim much further than I thought I was able to (my swims have recently been limited to a nice comfortable 1k).

Back On The bike AGAIN!

When you can't run, and can only swim 2 x a week ... my bike and I are seeing a lot more of each other.

Do you count the swim session on the trainer as one of those two?
