willie 1,335 Report post Posted August 19, 2018 19 hours ago, trifun said: About those delivery ailments...... trying to track my uniform and..... this pretty much sums up why Aust post is failing in the market place..... I had some shoes being sent from Saucony to St Peters that took best part of 9 days... EXPRESS! They went Prestons - Chullora (overnight) - Smeaton Grange the next morning where they sat for three days - then to Chullora where they spent a night before going back to Smeaton Grange the next day. then they went back to chullora the next day before being delivered to me the day after. I had contacted them a few times in between chasing them as they were a special order. they're excuse "sorry it was a postcode mis read". Er, twice? After they had a person re direct it, twice. Now Saucony use Australia Post's API integration and all the details go to AUSPOST electronically and it prints out a couple of nice little stickers you put on the box. They're all correct and clear as day. Don't get me started on a few other things that have gone from me to brisbane via Melbourne
