This is already my largest week since Oct 2016.

Incidental activity - commutes etc will be the majority of time for me initially.

Commuting to the CBD is a ball Roxii. I always say heading home was my stress relief, as once you hop on the bike, you can't think about your work any more. You concentrate 150% on the excitement happening all around you. :)

I made a late run with a nearly 5 hour ride yesterday, but slept in and didn't back it up today.

Bigger week next week.

Im not sure how the sorting works but I’m happy to be ahead of the professional swimmer.

I just have to sort this garmin now. I managed to upload it to the phone. But that's as far as it can go. It's a work phone, so whilst we can use for "reasonable personal use", they've said no "app purchases". The uploader is free to trial, but you can only load the swims, and then it stops you doing anything with them.

I'll get it sorted soon.
