Wow, brilliant. Tells a great yarn and has a bit of talent. It'll be interesting to see how far he can go. Thanks for posting Peter.

I'm now on the wurf train.

I love his talk and name dropping.

I hope he goes a long way.

I was on it when he was on The SBS Le Tour coverage. Most of the arrogant pricks on here as per normal ignored me. Or what do you call it these days selective response?

Great interview.

Although “interview” is a but strong a word as I think Bob said “hello” then Wurf spun an entertaining yarn for an hour.

(Which isn’t a bad thing as Bobs voice grates on me a bit)

Thanks for your support, Tiger. It means a lot.

Best of luck in the HOTW. I’m sure you will shine bright like a diamond.

Read an interview with Cam on slow twitch, found this comment interesting....particularly the last sentence...

The bike also started terribly. After 3 miles coming down Palani I dropped my nutrition container with 9 gels and sodium tabs for the race. I just ignored it and had to get coke and Gatorade on the bike. In that position I decided it was best to be conservative and stay with Lionel and Sebi rather than head off on my own in search of glory. I figured they knew what they where doing so I’d just cruise along at there pace.

Listen to the interview.

He was injured. Knew he wasn't going to run well.

And he can run. He has even won more Ironmans than AP has. And everyone else on this site.

He "cruised" to a Kona bike course record. With Busso being so flat he could cruise to an IM bike world record.

When he overtakes me I will try and cruise along at his pace.:wink1:

I can't remember ever being passed by a pro in a two lap IM bike but I suspect this may be the year.  Insane.

Russell Tucker got into Triathlons when he came back from racing pro in Europe. Luckily he was a shit swimmer & I'd usually finish the bike just before he caught me. Luckily there weren't many long course races back then. :)
