Busso 2018 if things go OK this season with OD and 70.3s.

Im in for Cairns definitely, as the it means the wife gets to go home and see her family for the once yearly visit.  I was also aiming for Busso this year but that is looking unlikely due to some health challenges my son is facing.

No plans to do one at this stage

Might have to change my name to 'OlympicJimbo'

Busso or Kona.  I can't decide.

Might look at doing NZ and then another US based race later in the year, probably Wisconsin.

I'm not sure either. Was going to do Jervis Bay Long Course weekend this year but I'll be on the other side of the planet.

2019 is shaping as a bucket list year for me (as I hit the big 5-0). I'd like to do Cairns IM and I actually want to lay down a good time and I'm already ramping up my base in anticipation of a full on assault. So I will probably do Jervis Bay Long Course next year and Busso 2018.

But I also want to swim the Gibraltar channel in 2019 and perhaps have a crack at the ITU Sprint Champs in Lausanne - which will require a whole different preparation strategy. I might see where the WC are to be held the following year and give it a crack then (I'm definitely going to do Kurnell and probably Jackie fairweather in Canberra to get a taste and some experience in draft legal racing).

It depends...

My mate came down with cancer just before IM Cairns this year. He has vowed to get better and race again, so the selected IM depends on him. He is determined to go in 2018!

Depends how Wales goes.  Think I will be stuck between not wanting to waste the training and never wanting to see a hill again.

if the bike course doesn't change, then I might have an eye on Lanza. Thinking about one of the Haute Routes though.

First full next year and NZ is the plan! Very excited. Just got to get this Sydney Marathon nonsense done then can really get into it :D

It's 30 years since my first (in 2018). I had a plan to do one for "fun" but I can't see it happening now. Still. Lot of time to go .... will see.
