Love to see her back racing triathlon.

I don't think that'll ever happen...

It's pity we probably won't but it's not for the reasons you think she stop

She should do Kona this year. With all the women out having babies, she could probably have a good shot at it without the normal training.

Agree. But ryf would still beat her.

Ryf is still racing isn't she?

id say she'd need a full 12 month build up & be on the right side of 40 to have a realistic crack at beating Angry Bird ...

Chrissie did a good interview on Marathon Talk podcast last week, which talked a lot about life after triathlons and ahead of London marathon. Worth listening to.

I did Parkrun in Richmond Park in late 2012 and she showed up for a jog. She is one of the nicest, most humble, engaging and friendly people in the sport. Mo Farah was also there that day and trotted around in a lazy 17:?? having a chat with his mates and in the middle of a 25km training session.

We need more people like her in sport!

I like the headline WINS London marathon. With two **

Further down it says ** win means the F40-44 age group.  Funny.

must of been a tricathalete that wrote the headline

I know she achieved all there was to achieve in triathlon, but I wonder if she misses racing?

She’d be too afraid I reckon. Thought can’t believe she is 42.

Don't think she could compete with Ryf, top 20 at best. Probably more to do with her lack of motivation to put in the grueling hours with a kid rather than her age/ability.

I sure do miss the energy she brought to the sport. Even made Ironman look fun.

And she always had time for fans and participants.
