Just a reminder for the Very Famous Transitions Beer Mile...... It is definitely on at 3:30 pm after the Awards which finish at 3pm Then the main event of the whole weekend....... The run from the swim is long now. It looks like an overpass you have to get over as well.

Thanks for the tip roxii, got myself a set of Duraace C24s with the Shimano guys for $350.

And also got to hear some stories from Tim Ahern.

That's a real bargain.

Tough day.  Dropped chain at 80k and lost touch with the guys i was drafting I mean riding with.

 

Had a crack on the run.  Went out at sub 3 pace and felt great, was looking like a possible podium and was about to run into 6th on 3rd lap and next min I was laying on someones front yard at settlement point struggling to breath.  

 

Got my shit together and finished in 9.40.xx.

 

This course is brutal.
