If tapering starts this weekend, I'd hate to be on the other side in court by late next week.

No court - lots of reports and case preparation though!

5km OW swim this morning. Then an hour of shivering & shaking which I think wore me out even more.

You may like this one Naut. This is what finally got me back to feeling normal after yesterday's swim. :)DSC_1578.thumb.JPG.37d18d7267d169e7221097259a4ce937.JPG

3 laps of Mt Petrie on the TT this morning.  It's a pretty good route before the traffic builds.

Still diddly squat real training or exercise.

But spent a bunch of time on the quaadbike working instead of walking.  Took the pup this time too.  Around 20km of surveying after he got used to the noise!  He's finally not scared of motorbikes anymore!

Permission from my physio to ride my bike on the road again.  But weeks still off runing and swimming.

Guess I can actually post in here for a change.  Had my biggest week on the bike..... in probably years (not including event rides).  3 on the road, 1 on the trainer, and around 150k's (just a regular weekend ride for some of ya's!).  Back hurt less than usual so yay...  And lotsa walking...
