30 min turbo last night (late from work)

1.5km swim this morning.  Run later

Brisk 3km walk loop. 

Wanted to run but held back.

Soft I am. I haven't been outside since March and don't expect I'll see the road again until a week before worlds! ... and that will be just to make sure I can still balance on my bike... I was not designed for the cold!!

I'm on the bike now..... day off work to pack for Canberra (only away 4 school days but they asked me to take 5) ... kind of haven't started packing yet and I need to leave to pick up the girls from school and take them to skipping training in 3 hours. I still have 30 min left on the bike. Priorities! 😂

I won't have a bike in Canberra so I needed to fill in some hours today to make up for a slow training week ahead.

Just got back from running intervals in the rain. This means I want it right?

It stopped pouring down 4 mins before I got home. Typical.

90 min MTB on the paths etc. All Aerobic. Pissed rain for half of it.

Ran home 7.5km in the rain, felt good! Then saw my new bike box in the bike room! Now I’m all ready for the 6hr mtb race I signed up for next weekend
