Probably getting towards the end and might be over but specialized have some good run out specials on last years models, bought two saturdays ago a specialized carve expert 29er at a ridiculous price. Be worth a look, nothing to lose.

What size are you after and what's your budget?

I'm looking to move on my Merida Big Nine but I'd be wanting about $5k for it.

I'm looking around at the moment.

Anyone own a Trek Superfly dual suspension?

Rate it or hate it?

I have my eye on this but don't want to pay RRP.

This looks like a great deal if u r willing to travel or know someone there

I wouldn't. I've heard of quite a few bending seatstays and while Shepards will warranty it I've heard it's usually a long winded process.

The Superfly is a good option as is a Giant Anthem or Spesh Epic.

my seatstay cracked around the weld where it and top tube joined on my MC30

hhmm warranty process of Scott bit unfortunate....

hence i enjoy my Sworks Stumpjumper instead....never to buy a scott again...

Scott have a horrible rep for warranty. Giant have a horrible rep for the older dual sus bike breaking/cracking yet their warranty process is said to be reasonable. I bought a Trek Superfly 5 hard tail and it suits my skill level.

Was it the Fox shock that gave way?

Why did you go a HT and not a FS?

It was the remote lock out cable. It jammed in the locked position.

Fixed now.

I did get a FS.

Still setting it up.

Yesterday I cut 15mm of each side of the bars. This helps me not hit trees.

Today ive been playing with air pressure. 28psi front and rear. Will try 25psi next time.

Tubes or tubeless? Ah sorry, there is a superfly 9 in HT as well. God damn that is some serious coin!
