Trannies Biggest Losers Tip #7

Recommended Posts

I see a distinction between fish and animals.

From my very fuzzy memory...

If you want to be pedantic... there are 2 KINGDOMS

1. Plants

2. Animals

Kingdoms are divided into Sub-Kingdoms, Phyla and then Sub-Phyla (followed by Class, Sub-Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species).

It's not until you reach the level of Sub-Phyla that you even reach "Vertebrate"

While I'm sure none of that has anything to do with what AP meant by his fish/animal distinction... we then need to ask... what of the chicken ??

I'm not a religious man but didn't God say after the great flood "eat the fishes of the sea, if they have both fins and scales. Eat the flesh of the animals as long as they have both cloven hoofs, and chew their cud. But eat not the flesh of the cohen or the swine, for they are unclean" I see a distinction between fish and animals. Maybe one of our biblical scholars will clarify this point for us. They are usually looking for a chance to show us how much they know on the subject.

Sounds good to me! no need for extensive theses to back it up...

Why do you draw the distinction between fish and animal proteins for the detox/shock week? what is it that makes salmon OK but chicken not? (these are just random examples...)

No doubt the micro & macro nutrients contained therein.. and also the fatty acids contained within the 'fish' (salmon being the best/healthiest example)

Are you waiting in suspence?:lol:

Jesus of Nazareth went into the hills with his disciples and their followers. A discussion took place:

Jesus said, "Oi yoi yoi, we got no lambs to sacrifice and throw on the barbie, what are we gunna do already?"

Peter replied "I know they got a special on sardines at the Red-S, now that's a true miracle how they fit so many in the can, and cheap too!"

Jesus later said "Peter you are my rock..."

The rest is history and so it passed fish were different from sheep, fish are the miracle food.

i thought Jesus was a black man. Wouldn't it have been more like "Yo Yo Yo, word to your mother G. You got my 40 ounce? Whachoo mean you don. I oughta pop a cap in yo dumb ass"

AP,

what do you use while/refueling after training on a week like this? Say a 3 hour bike?

Fruit, rice, Endura Opti (while it contains hydrolised lactalbum, it is digested very easily) We don't normally do it but steamed veges are good

I am guessing the associated fats in land based animals versus the Omega fats in fish.

Right on
