    Swim Drills

So, I usually incorporate swim drills in all swim sessions I do. On Wednesday night, the woman in the next lane was doing a breaststroke kick and breathe - but with her hands behind her back. Stuffed if I know how she kept this up but she did 100 metres of it. now I've done a few drills in my time but never have seen this. So these are the drills I have done regularly before:- * Paddles, pool buoys, flippers, snorkels and swim bands * 1 arm or 2 arm catch-up * Fist swim with thumb drag up the body (or just fist or thumb drag by itself) * Side kick (on your side with 1 arm outstretched for about 20 kicks then change) * Hypoxic breathing (2 strokes/breath, right up to 6 strokes/breath) * Finish lap and climb out of the pool then back in again. Repeat * Swim with clothes or similar drag So, any others you have done/seen ? FM PS: I do not need to know that drills are not important. FYI, they are

  8. Hey Guys I'm selling a 2011 Cervelo P3, a set of 1080/808 tubular ZIPP wheel set and a brand new pair of Sidi T2 triathlon shoes. I have simply lost motivation due to reoccurring injuries and am packing up stumps (for now anyway). The bike was bought less then a year ago brand new and have only been able to do 1 race on it. It is still in really good condition and has been the best bike I have owned. Good bike for all levels of competition. 9. I have two Vittoria Corsa Evo CX-II's for sale - one is brand new never used (still has label on it) 21-28" The new one is Black with Yellow stripe through the centre of the tread and the used one is all black. Used one is missing the core out of the valve, no biggy they cost like 5-10 clams at a bike store - (I don't think the yellow corsa evo core comes out so will suit ZIPP style extensions if needing / using extensions - Black one obviously will take screw in style valve extenders as well as ZIPP style once it has a core in it) $70 for both, can Express Post out both for an additional $9.55. Chuck me a message if you'd like them. $70 is the price, no offers other then this taken unless it's for some reason $70+ ??
  10. Seems like there are some new features to the new forum. Any chance these are going to be activated? I understand these will chew up more bandwidth (items like the "Gallery") and so on, so will that be a problem? Just vote to say I think they are a good idea if they get turned on.
