  2. Glenrock National Park - Newcastle Broken Hill Mountain Bike Park - Located at Broken Hill Golf Club Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Awesome read!! And great to know that we don't need to be smashing out massive kilometres in preparation - great insight into making every session count rather than overdoing it with half arsed sessions!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I see there was some Pepsi sculling in the women's category? Wish I had of known, maybe I could have avoided the big spew at the far end haha! Thanks Coffs Pete - had a ball and felt like curling up into a ball at the end
  5. Hi all, Quick question regarding transferring my Ironman entry. I had a massive bike accident while training on Saturday and my injuries have the potential to have me out of action for 6 weeks I am due to race IM in Port Macquarie on the 3rd of May which is less than 6 weeks away. Am I able to transfer my entry to next years race or another race this year? I would appreciate any knowledge people have on this! Stephalpin
  6. I am a transitions newbie and have had a positive experience so far!! I don't think a female forum is necessary, as previously mentioned the person posting could put a notice on the thread if it is specifically directed at women. I'd like to think that if it was a "sensitive" topic that the trannies would exercise discretion with their comments.
  7. Tried that one Ratdog!! No luck unfortunately haha!
  8. Hi all, Quick question regarding the supplements people use - I am training for IMOZ and cannot seem to get enough energy from the foods I am eating. I eat well and have a lot of raw foods, proteins and carbohydrates in my diet (I also have a massive sweet tooth). Does anyone have any advice on supplements that they use that help to fuel the body and make you feel less hungry? Or any nutrition advice to help with my dilemma? I am aware that the increase in training will make me feel this way, but the amount of food I am eating is ridiculous :/ stephalpin
