  7. My old entry level specialized shoes have fallen apart. Looking for some comfy, light, stiff, cheapish MTB shoes. open to any brand Must have ratchet buckle. Specialized have change the shape since mine were bought, they don't suit my foot anymore current road shoes are Northwave, they seem to be an ok fit, have tried sidi's in the past and found the road ones too narrow, Looking at these wide fit ones They are mainly for xc type riding with some longer events Any suggestions?
  8. Wahoo chest straps have lasted me foe ages when the garmin ones died.
  9. Did it last year, It was hard but a good day out. pretty well organised. HRD is hard, the rest are somewhat easier. Although Tallebudgera connection road came @ 205km, it was difficult along with some shorter climbs on the last 20k. I'll let you know how it goes this year when i can sit down again.
