In for the Long Course. It will definitely be long as no running for weeks due to a calf problem plus nothing done over 12 kms for months. Hopefully I. can jog longer than I walk. At least I know now what the problem is and is treatable. Luckily I transferred to mates Premium so off almost 2 hours earlier. Now I have a chance to beat some in my AG. LOL

In Friday arvo and out Monday. See you lot there.

I'm in the same boat as you Flanny, my calf has been playing up since before Christmas so it's just been a lot of swimming and biking since then.  No idea how long it will hold out on the run, so I'm tempted to just go batshit stupid on the bike and see how quick I can do 83km

I'll also be there on Friday arvo for the swim, I'll keep an eye out.  And I'm starting at 7:23 on Sunday, so keep left :P

Yeah down there with Cat Terrist and iTried for the weekend

Saturday - enticer - I might have the Shiv back, so tell your beginner mates to keep left :P actually, even if I have the Diverge, still tell them to keep left :P

Sunday - long course mixed team (iTried-swim, Cat Terrist-bike, me-run)

You will still be awesome IJ. :pimp:

I'll be down at the swim to watch with my Trannie cap on. Say hello if you see me. Just make sure Greenpeace doesn't roll me back in. Still packing from my euro trip from last year.

I'm doing the long course. Not an A event and family not interested, so the plan is to get there in time for rego on Saturday, sleep in a tent (or the car if I can't get a spot) race and then head home.

I'm off at 7:23 too IJ so might just see you on the run.

As MissJess said, we're teaming on Sunday.. as I've only been doing swim training I'm swimming... have entered enticer with the sole aim being to finish. I'm not expecting much as I haven't run since Nepean 2015 and only did 6km on bike at tri pink in October 2016. My 7 month old daughter will be learning how to support crew!

Just arrived. Tons of people already. Was there unloading the car and bumped into Mango. Looking extremely fit. He has been working hard on his swim so is looking forward to Sunday. Me, well I have to go and get a tyre. I've just noticed a split in the back one.

Now, where's my MasterCard.........

Most times I look like a dick but am in the spirit this time. I went to the physio this morning and she has taped both ankles. I look like I have black GT stripes up the back of my calf.

All I need need now is a sperm hat to wear around.

Good to see a friendly face on arrival Mick

Yes, doing the long course and am reasonably confident with the swim/bike but could be an extended walk.

Just arrived. I am pumped to go sub-6, this wind is not going to help, but won't be the super hot day originally forecast.

Anyone know what pros are racing?

Also, anyone in the premium wave want to tow me around?
