The other day I looked at the very beginning of this thread by accident..... You were chomping down donuts back then 😂😂😂😂😂😂👍

Like C@Triathlon says..... Consistency wins 😂👍

Supply issues. Ability to adapt to variable situations is a key attribute of endurance eaters athletes.

Havent been into it lately with things going on but Today I got a great suprise when I hit the my young fella up for a swim (11 years old) in between sisters dancing class.

His a lazy bugger hasn't swam for over a year so we did 20 x 50 he swam I put the band on we did them on the 1min cycle he led 10, I led 10.

It was a great arvo loved it.

We did have surf together on Sunday that was my other training highlight of the week.

Sydney has finally (after 3 weeks) dried out enough for me to MTB. Two laps of Manly dam, then a swim at Curl Curl pool before coffee and caramel slice (not the best i have had, still trying to find the perfect combination on my rides around the northern beaches/ upper north shore.

20 minute power test on the bike this morning.. 286 watts and 37.1kph. Slightly down from my one about 6 weeks ago which was 310 but given that I haven't done a huge amount in the last month, that was to be expected .

Plus traipsed about 8km through river blackbox country for work. Looking at trees.

Beats the hell out of the windblown dryland wheat sandpit!

But my feet much prefer an 8k run in Hokas to 8k in boots with snake gaiters

Seems cruel to make snakes into gaiters.

No lunchtime swim.

Got stung by a bee on my round. In the neck. Not allergic but it swelled up like buggery.

I could.

But I won't.

Stung at the beginning of my round. Phoned it in as per procedure. Sort first aid from the Mullaloo SLSC. Treated. Finished the round.

Be in again tomorrow.

Problem with this?
